Is it safe to take allergy medications is ur not sure if its even alergies that are causing a stuffy nose?
My nose is seriously stuffy and blowing it only makes it worse!!! I've had about enough with it!!! I have a talent show on Friday that I need to sing at..and I can't do that with a stuffy nose!! Is it safe to take allergy medications if im not even sure if allergies are whats causing it?

Yes it's safe to take antihistamines for a stuffy nose but I would recommend Sudafed to be more effective which clears up stuffiness quickly for the short term. Also vicks spray is good but for short term use only aswell. Just don't take any higher dose than it says on the packet
I think it is, since allergy medication contains antihistimine and most likely the doctors will prescribe that to you anyway
