Does an allergy to milk make you tired all the time?
I've very recently heard that there is a certain dairy allergy that makes you fatigued. Is this true? And how do you know if you have it?

Not really, it is the allergy to gluten that is more serious and tiring, celiac disease.
i have dairy and gluten allergies. but what it is it makes me psycotic. im serious. its sad. but now im forced to be vegan cause i stopped eating meat a while ago. i dont have to take meds cause its a food allergy. yay.
